New Jersey Home Inspector License # GI-139, Stephen Robert Sliwka is a Certified (ASHI) “American Society of Home Inspectors” Home Inspector servicing Hunterdon, Mercer, Morris, Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, Somerset and Union Counties.

Personal Bio:

Stephen graduated in 1970 from Rutgers University located in New Brunswick, NJ where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration. Not long after graduation his professional focus moved into the remodeling and home developement. He started American Builders, priding himself as being a hands on contractor, Stephen learned early on that hard work coupled with a firm resolve would accomplish great things.

Over the years his skills have expanded into becaming a custom home project designer and expediter and quality installation specialist. People aware of his reputation, had occassionally asked him come out and look over the home that they were planning to purchase. Stephen eventually started Ameri-Search Home Inspections where he could than share his knowledge with other people. This unique skill set helps Stephen distinguish himself from most other home inspectors.

With over 38 years of experience in construction and real estate, Steve has cultivated an enduring interest in the building trades and a record of achievement as a home inspector and fine home builder and . You can be assured Stephen will give his undivided attention to your home inspection needs.
